HISTORY OF THE CHAMBER
The Sindhi Chamber of Commerce was inaugurated by Bharat Ratna Late Shri C. Subramanian, the father of the Green Revolution, under the Presidentship of Late Shri K. R. Motilal.
The brainchild of Late Shri K. R. Motilal and actively supported by Late Shri Shyam Ahuja, Shri Srichand Ahuja, Shri Hariram Chandani, Late Shri Harbhagwasdas Arora, Shri A. G. Rohira, Late Shri G. Nandlal and Late Shri Lalchand Nichani, the Chamber finally saw the day of light on 5th September 1987.
The Landmark Milestones of the Chamber have been its Decennial, Bidecennial and Silver Jubilee celebrations.
